The Quality Assurance team is enthusiastic about ensuring high levels of quality care and support in nursing homes.

This is underpinned by the NHS contractual responsibilities in relation to the contract management and oversight of commissioned services.

Our team offers guidance and support to nursing homes in Birmingham and Solihull to meet the quality standards and requirements of the NHS and regulators.
